Easy Exchange

Our Goal: This exclusive feature gives complete flexibility to our customers; in case they are not satisfied with the item bought from our online store. They may choose to return this product either to any of our store in India or at our online store. If customers exchange the product within 14 days, they can avail 100% invoice value as the exchange value. For exchanges after 14 days, our guaranteed buyback policy will apply.

For instance, if you buy a platinum bracelet from us but are not pleased with the final product, you can always exchange it from a nearby Aisshpra Gems & Jewels showroom or opt to exchange it from our online store, aisshpra.com.

Your Jewellery is Insured

Assured insurance for 1 year against any damage by burglary, fire and extortion

Gold & Diamond Jewellery is a High Value item in your wardrobe. In case of any damage by fire, burglary, theft and extortion – we cover the risk for one year from the date of purchase. We have Insured your jewellery for 365 days – All India coverage for every jewellery bought worth more than Rs. 20,000/- The terms and policies are standard and as per our Insurance partner tie-up.

14 Days Return Policy

If you don’t like the jewellery and solitaire purchased from us, you can send it back to us within 14days from the date of delivery. We will make sure to refund the entire amount back to your account within 10 working days. The amount of the product refund, should not exceed more than Rs. 2,00,000, in case of Jewellery and Rs. 5,00,000, in case of solitaire diamonds. For amount higher than the prescribed limit, our buyback policy is applicable. The 14 days refund policy is not applicable on Gold Coins; however, our buyback policy is applicable for the same.

Below mentioned process needs to follow while returning product

• Refund request can be done by informing our customer care team via email or call. We will thereby collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process immediately.
• Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for the refund to be initiated within 14 Days.
• In case, if you don’t produce the original certificate of the product, we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the Lab for recertification and the shipping along with the certification cost shall be borne by the customer. The certification cost of diamond jewellery is Rs. 500 and for Solitaire diamond is Rs. 3000.
• During the quality check of the product by our quality check team, any product which shows signs of wear and tear, or have been resized, altered, damaged cannot be accepted under 14 days refund policy and for that our buyback policy is applicable.
• This refund facility is not available at any of our stores and it is exclusively available for purchase made at aisshpra.com
• This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, Rakhi and purchase using promotion code or by discount coupon

Since 2001, all our gold jewellery has held BIS hallmark certification (certification no:- HM/C-7790174629), a guarantee of purity. The purity of the gold sold determines the TRUST factor of a jewellery. The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) issues a hallmark in order to certify the purity of the gold. The central government has mandated that gold be hallmarked beginning on June 16, 2021. This signifies that the purity of any gold jewellery sold by Malabar in India has been verified by the BIS.

According to the government's updated hallmarking guidelines, our gold jewellery and coins now have the BIS hallmark, which consists of three symbols:

• a) BIS Standard mark
• b) Purity/Fineness Grade and
• c) 6-digit alpha-numeric code

• a) BIS Standard mark The BIS logo is the first indication of hallmarking on gold jewellery. A triangle forms the basis of the logo. When gold jewellery has this logo stamped on it, it means that a BIS-certified facility has examined the jewelry's purity.
• b) Purity/Fineness Grade On gold jewellery, the purity mark serves as the second hallmark. This indication lets you know how pure the gold is in a certain piece of Malabar Gold Jewelry. The price of the item of gold jewellery is also based on the purity of the gold.
• c) Six-digit alphanumeric code The third indication that a piece of gold jewellery is hallmarked is a six-digit alphanumeric number carved or embossed on it. Every item of jewellery has a unique code known as a Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number.
